Many people ask me, "How do I manage my living?" It is mainly because most of the time they find me sitting before my laptop and typing something. I try to explain them what I exactly do, however, not all the time it becomes so easy to explain, especially those who DO NOT want to come out from their traditional concept of their 'living' management.
But the opposite is also true. Although the trend of making money online is quite appealing to young generation, the mature people also reveal their true willingness. Many of them ask me "What are the different ways of money making online?" It is not like something I am an expert about, but well I am fascinated to excel every moment in this virtual world. Truly, my entire living is solely dependent on my online earning, nothing else.
When it comes to money making ideas online, many people love to talk about affiliate marketing. Honestly, I have very few ideas about it. In fact, I didn't try it much, although seen on different websites how successfully it runs. I somehow believe this is not for me. Or may be I haven't yet found my Affliate Marketing Guru.
Actually, my journey in this money making online was started with academic writing. Before that I didn't have much idea about it. By that time, I was desparate about earning money and believe me, I was always a risk-taker. I love to take risks. I was absolutely reluctant to adopt conventional mode of earning and all I wanted is something new to talk about my near and dear ones.
I got an offer from an individual after I applied for a job published in ww.online-writing-jobs.com. This is the brilliant site I have ever seen. Loads and loads of online writing jobs are available in this site. Too good to believe! This was the point from which my journey to the online money making initiated. Let me brief my experiences in the form of different online money making ideas. Here we go.
Content Writing:
Content writing is an excellent money making idea in today's world. Internet is still exploring and many websites are developing each day. So opportunity is simply enormous. Here are few websites which you can consider for your search:
http://www.online-writing-jobs.com/
www.writersrow.com/deborahng
http://www.wahm.com/
These three websites do not directly give you job. In these websites, you can find links to other sites, organizations or individuals who are interested to find job seekers. Plenty of great information you are about to get from these websites. Intentionally, I am not giving the names of those websites which directly offer you jobs. Because it is your drive that will take you there, if you really have it in you.
Expert Counseling:
This sounds quite unusual to many people. However, it's somehow a new concept in the virtual world based on the same rule. There are many sites where you can register yourself as an expert counselor depending on your expertise. If you believe you have psychic ability, you can enlist your name as a psychic counselor (nonetheless to say, I never tried this option for me :D). Otherwise, you can enlist your name as an expert counselor in the field you are specialized in. Additionally, you can also register yourself as a virtual teacher. Indeed, it's a lovely option.
Web and Graphic Designing
Just like content producers, the demand for web and graphic designers is also increasing day by day. If you have talent and required expertise in website or graphic design you can make money online simply by providing your service as a web and graphic designer. In the modern era of globalization, it is truly an excellent offer for talented people living in developing countries. The payments are really lucrative. However, the job needs creative talent and ability to meet tough deadline.
Virtual Assistance & Data Entry
This is another wonderful opportunity to make money online. If you have experience about accounting or administration job along with data entry experience, this can benefit you a lot. Even if you do not have experience, you can crack it as a fresher. According to some company’s norm, you may need to undergo for certain certification program, however, many companies take online test before enrolling you into their job opportunities. But I strongly recommend you to do thorough research before applying for virtual assistance or data entry job. In fact, there are several illegitimate companies all around. Never pay anyone on the face of earth to get a job. They are simply useless.
Paid Survey and Paid Email
You can count on paid surveys and paid emails in your free time, but you can not choose them as a mode for living even if the companies who are offering these types of job opportunities claim so. In paid survey opportunities, you need to express your opinion in a survey sent to you depending on your background, educational qualification, personal interests, and few other factors. On the other hand, paid emails are such types of emails which will consist of paid links. You have to click on the paid links and follow the instructions given out there to add money in your account. Both of these methods are very slow and time consuming while the return is not so satisfactory.
Google AdSense and Affiliate Programs
Google AdSense is a great program to earn money by placing ads on your website. If you have a website or blog which gets regular hits from tons of visitors and you have outstanding content in your website or blog, there is a great possibility to make handsome amount of money using Google AdSense. Affiliate programs enable you to earn money with selling or referring products to potential buyers. In order to participate in affiliate programs, you need not to have own website or blog, in fact, all you need is to a good database of potential buyer, a good knowledge of the product or concept you opt to sell and good marketing skills. Practically, people participating in positive social networking can do well in affiliate marketing.

Homemade Remedy for Radiant Skin in Summer
It is simply because winter season makes our natural oils to get solidified, but the summer season makes them to flow freely. This is the oil secretion that makes our skin look dull, spotted and oily.
It is highly recommended that you should undergo steaming therapy during summer season as this keeps the skin glowing. If you are planning to try it at your home, take a pot full of hot water. Put your face over the steam by covering your head through the pot with a towel so that not much of the steam gets wasted. Take it for 3-5minutes. Then massage your face with ice. If you are having oily skin, you should take steam for once in a week, whereas if you are having a dry one, you may do it once in a fortnight.
Do not forget to use branded soap at least once in a day. If you are not comfortable about using soaps, you may try using home made scrubber by using the preparation as followed:
Take 1 tablespoon of white flour, 2 tablespoon of milk, 2 teaspoon of thick cream and 1 teaspoon of almond crumb and mix them very well. If you are having oily skin, you may add 2 teaspoon of lemon juice into it. Now apply it over the face and other areas of the body and massage. After 3-5minutes, take your bath. It will help removing dead cells and certainly make your skin looks more glowing.
In summer time, it is always better that you wash your skin at least three to five times daily using fresh cold water.

Media Management
Though press being a great influencer in media sometimes doesn’t play its role properly in true sense, they do create conflict by publicize inflammatory messages among the mass without taking into consideration the long-term aspect and hence by significantly endangering the situation, which sometimes even go beyond to control.
While considering the scenario of advanced countries like USA and UK, which have freedom of the press traditions, it is very important to build up more positive relationship with the media to encourage in covering story or news in a more constructive way by keeping the long-term impact in mind and also reporting should be done without any bias whatsoever, and without any influence to modify the truth.

Establishing Personal Relationship
Apart from building personal relationship in individual level, a broader level for building personal relation has to be encouraged. It can be done through citizen exchanges, dialogues, joint projects, sporting events and any other positive and cooperative opportunities that can bring people together under one shade by inspiring the notion of unity and oneness.

Parallel Universe
As per reported by bbc.co.uk in their Parallel Universes article (BBC Two 9.00PM Thursday 14 February 2002), “Scientists now believe there may really be a parallel universe - in fact, there may be an infinite number of parallel universes, and we just happen to live in one of them. These other universes contain space, time and strange forms of exotic matter. Some of them may even contain you, in a slightly different form. Astonishingly, scientists believe that these parallel universes exist less than one millimeter away from us. In fact, our gravity is just a weak signal leaking out of another universe into ours.”
Once sci-fi writers loved to speculate on the possibility of another universe, which unquestionably was rejected by serious scientists, whereas, it now becomes an issue for serious discussion for them as scientists came with the conclusion of 11 dimensions, where our universe is existing like a bubble and the vibration among them is occurring through 11th dimension, which may result in collision at any given time and giving birth of a new one. Quite fascinating indeed!

Music Therapy
Music therapy has an historical value as we can recall back to ancient Greece, where King David's, in the Old Testament, curing an illness by playing the harp. Hippocrates, who is considered to be the father of modern medicine, used it extensively. Moreover, we can see there is evidence of using music therapy in ancient Egypt during childbirth to reduce pain.
Music can be defined as "…a kind of inarticulate, unfathomable speech which leads us to the edge of the infinite and lets us for a moment gaze into that." Basically a sound (nada) generating particular vibrations which affects various organs of human body during its way from its origin to execution.
While music therapy can be helpful in reducing tension, blood pressure, anxiety, insomnia, etc, it should be kept in mind that such therapy treatment should be conducted either early morning, or evening or late night. It is not recommended to continue session for too long.

Current Trends in Exotic Facials
To make your complexion flawless and radiant, you can always choose diamond facial packed with diamond dust in the form of cream, mask, re-hydrant lotion or protective base. Skin lightening is available in the form of pearl facial. It is believed that the peal influences the transfer of melanin, a natural pigment, to the skin surface, preventing tanning and pigmentation of the skin.
There are Rosacea and Plantomer facial for extra-sensitive skin and exposed skin respectively, which works like magic to remove irritation and fatigue from body and skin, as per experts report.

The basic points to be kept in mind while practicing meditation
The following points are to be considered to make an effective environment while practicing meditation:-
• Try to maintain same place and same time on a daily schedule basis.
• Select a time, when more or less, your mind is fresh
• Sit up straight with your back, neck and head in one line. Don’t allow your spine to get bend.
• Try to remain quite, at least physically. Let your mind speak. Don’t force.
• Regulate your breathing. Start with 30 seconds of deep breathing. And then make it gradually slow.
• Follow a rhythmic breathing pattern while inhale and exhale, this rhythm will allow your mind to get more focused with your breathing style, in turn, resulting more focus on single object (here, your own breathing pattern).
• After from focusing on your own breathing rhythm, let your mind wander, do not force it to concentrate on anything. This is very important. Otherwise, if you do that it will bring more diffusion in your thought process.
• If you consciously do not create force on your mind to get focused on a single object, it will automatically bring you down there. It can be anything.
• Now hold your object of concentration at this focal point throughout your session.• Meditation happens when you reach a state of pure thought, even while maintaining an awareness of dual self.

A sprinkling herb can make all the difference
Where there is food, there is flavor. When it comes to reporting flavors, the four herbs – parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme – do a excellent service to food. Parsley is a real versatile herb; you can add it almost anywhere. If you add some parsley to omelets, you just see the difference it makes to it. Parsley, actually, is a dish in itself.
Like parsley, sage is also often eaten on its own. Fresh sage leaves are fried whole and eaten with gnocchi – Italian dumplings, mostly potato-based. The Italians also often flavor the focaccia bread with sage. Sage, of course, is most commonly used in stuffing turkey. But one must be careful while using dried sage as too much of it can make a dish taste unpleasant.
Rosemary goes very well with lamb. If you are roasting lamb, make slits in it and stuff it with rosemary sprigs.
Like the rosemary, thyme is pretty versatile as well. There are different kinds of thyme – including the lemon thyme, good for seasoning seafood and sweets.
The good thing about these four herbs is that they are not just for enhancing flavors. Researchers believe that the herbs have various kinds of curative qualities. Rosemary and sage contain powerful anti-oxidants and are particularly good for digestion. Parsley has high levels of beta-carotene, besides working as an effective mouth-freshener. Thyme does wonders to those suffering from a hangover.

Self Help Groups (SHG)
To measure the efficacy of group, a very little amount of studies have been conducted in this area. This is partly because the groups themselves often strictly guard their privacy. But it is quite evident that it is beneficial as the members know better about the other members’ problem, so they most of the time are able to provide the emotional support needed and also a strong personal relationship takes into place in such group setting, which helps members to create new friends. And of course these outcomes are more than sufficient to justify their existence as beneficial.

The potential benefits of boosting self-efficacy
As we know that people suffering from low self-efficacy is itself a delicate issue to deal with, moreover, we can see that when an individual become doubtful about his or her own activities, it can lead him or her to be less-effective than ever and this also leads to depression following less-efficacy and gradually worsening the condition. In that way, they are simple getting trapped in a vicious circle that makes their life more intolerant day-by-day.
Recognizing the impact of this kind of vicious circle that can develop, researchers suggested to follow 2 techniques which are especially designed to help restore individual’s distorted self-efficacy.
Technique 1: How to be more effective
Technique 2: Reality Therapy through Modeling
Research shows that self-efficacy is a changeable characteristic, and it can be significantly raised even by short-term interventions and the person acts more confidently. Hence boosting self-efficacy results a productive impact imparting the message of identifying self-potentiality, self-confidence and self-image.

How to take care of lips?
But unfortunately some of us experience black lips (not blackish in colour since birth, but have changed through a gradual process) or chapped lips, especially during fall or winter season. However, for experiencing black lips, there might be several causes like smoking or side-effects of medicine. In such cases the primary requirement is to avoid such types of environmental effect prior to use any remedies.
To take care of the natural colour of the lips, you should soak a cotton ball within cold non-boiled milk and apply the cotton very gently over the lips for five minutes.
If you are suffering from chapped lips, always clean your lips using light lips scrubber. To do that, take 1 tablespoon of apple crush, ½ teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 pinch of sea-salt, and 2 pinches of white sugar powder. Mix all the ingredients very well. Apply over the lips in gentle motion. Now take a cotton ball soaked in chilled rose water. Wash your lips with the cotton ball. Apply moisturizer particularly before going to bed.
